He graduated from the Law School of the Catholic University of São Paulo in 1987, holds a post-graduate degree in tax law and practices in the areas of tax law and civil law. He is assistant professor at the specialization course on tax law offered by the University Extension Center coordinated by Professor Ives Gandra da Silva Martins. Author of legal opinions and studies published in legal reviews and conferences and seminars.

 Graduated in 1986 from the Law School of the Catholic University of São Paulo and practices in the areas of family law and civil law. For five years he served as assistant professor of civil law in the graduate course of the Law School of the Catholic University of São Paulo

 Senior consultant, joined the firm after almost 30 years of service as a judge and justice in the trial and appellate courts of the State of São Paulo. For four years he acted as a justice of the Second Appellate Court and for eleven years of the State Higher Court. He has also served as a board member of the State School of Magistracy.

Tax advisor to the firm, has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He holds a master’s degree from the School of Law of the University of São Paulo and teaches at specialization courses. A member of IBDT, IDPE, IASP, Holder of Chair No. 31 in the Brazilian Academy of Tax Law. Retired attorney for IPESP. He served as an attorney and director of the Legal Department of the Government of the City of São Paulo Bernardo do Campo, and as tax manager of the Prefeito Faria Lima Foundation - CEPAM. Some of his works have been published.

 A graduate of the School of Law of the Catholic University of São Paulo, he also holds a master’s degree from such University and is currently working towards his LLD in field of criminal law. His practice specializes in criminal law and he is the author of “Strict Compliance with Legal Duty and Proper Exercise of Legal Rights”, published by Editora Juarez de Oliveira.
